We offer classes morning and evening. Monday-Friday as well as Saturday classes. We offer specialty classes and team training on request.
Classes are 60 minutes in length and include a warm up, strength/ skill session followed by a WOD(workout of the day) We have plenty of space to do cool down sessions after each workout.
EMT, Active Military, Police, Firefighters and Law Enforcement
